Dr. Mohamed Abdulkarim Mejhem Al-Mannai is a member of the Board of Directors of Atta 
for Supporting Technologies W.L.L, a pediatrician and an internationally acknowledged expert in Down Syndrome. He is also Chairman of Abdulkarim Almannai & Sons, Chairman of AMS Advertising and Media, Chairman of the Specialist Center for Medical Consultation. He is the founder of a number of charity societies and funds, member of the Board of Trustees and general supervisor of the Training Center of the National Institute for the Disabled.
Over the years, he has held several senior positions, including Administrative Manager of the Bahrain Defense Force Hospital, Chairman of the Military Medical Committees, Director of the Down Syndrome Care Center. He was a consultant at the Ministry of Social Development, Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of Muharraq Social Center, founder of the Gulf Disability Society and a member its Board of Directors for several terms. Dr. Abdulkarim Almannai is one of the most prominent doctors who are active in the field of defending the rights of the elderly and people with disability. He is the author of a book titled “Our Children and a Life Free of Accidents” and wrote many articles on pediatrics medicine. He participated in the Kuwait liberation war and was awarded the Kuwait Liberation Medal.
Mr. Reyadh Yusuf Sater is the Chairman of Atta for Supporting Technologies W.L.L. He has more than 44 years of experience in banking. During his careers, he held many senior management positions, including the positions of CEO of Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait and Managing Director of Bahrain Credit.
Engineer Sadeq Ibrahim Alkhayyat is one of the founders and current Managing Director of Atta for Supporting Technologies. He is also the founder of Eulinix Telecom and its CEO for five years. During his work for Batelco, Engineer Sadeq Alkhayyat rose to the position of General Manager, Strategy in the year 2010 after 41 years of service with the company. He has many achievements in introducing new technologies in Batelco, most notably the Bahrain-Saudi fiber optic cable and the submarine fiber optic cable. He has a proven track record in establishing companies, such as QualityNet in Kuwait and Atheeb company in Saudi Arabia. He is known for his efforts to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and projects that serve retirees.
